Represent foreign and domestic businesses and investors in forming and managing entities overseas and in the United States.

Represent dozens of clients in the medical device, healthcare, software, retail and education businesses, providing general corporate and commercial legal advice, including with respect to formation, capital-raising, executive employment and commercial contract activities.
